- The City of Helsinki will ask for your offer for the implementation of public charging stations for electric vehicles (AC and DC) in public areas owned by the City of Helsinki. Competitive charging stations are located in the master plan for charging stations prepared by the City of Helsinki. AllCharging stations are for public use. The contracting entity will restart the acquisition in this contract notice after it suspended the acquisition. Changes have been made to this notification to be published now as stated in Annex C of the invitation to tender, the changes to the documents.Objectives for the Agreement The purpose of the customer is to enter into a contractual relationship with a supplier who is able to fulfill its obligations throughout the fixed -term contract period in accordance with the agreement and its annexes. The subscriber also aims to have access agreement and investment agreementsare valid for as long as possible. The subscriber has provided the supplier with the opportunity to refuse to implement charging stations in situations where it is able to show that the implementation of the charging station would be unreasonable to the supplier and thus contribute to the use of the license agreementis balanced between the agreements. On the other hand, the license agreement and the related investment agreements cannot form an obstacle to the subscriber to implement changes in the same urban environment where the supplier provides the service.
